This turned out to be a pervasive problem in <string>, which required a fair amount of rework. Add in an optimization for when iterators provide noexcept increment/comparison/assignment/dereference (which covers many of the iterators in libc++). This turned out to be a pervasive problem in <string>, which required a fair amount of rework. Add in an optimization for when iterators provide noexcept increment/comparison/assignment/dereference (which covers many of the iterators in libc++).
