clang	Rework ProgramPoint to bit-mangle the 'Kind' into both Data pointers and the LocationContext. After switching to PointerIntPair, it didn't look like a safe assumption to use the lower 3 bits of the LocationContext* field. libcxxabi	I would really like to write the handlers in terms of C++11 atomics. This would give us the best performance, portablity, and safety tradeoff. Unfortunately I can not yet do that.
