Drop support for Python classic classes

There were only needed to support Python < 2.2, and we now require at
least Python 2.6.

old style classes, as documented in Python.html, "C++ classes".

%implicitconv is improved for overloaded functions.

Like in C++, the methods with the actual types are considered before trying implicit conversions.

%implicitconv will now accept None where the implicit conversion takes a C/C++ pointer.
