Maxwell G	d2b033519c	doc: call Python build script as a pre_build job ... RTD now supports adding extra commands [1] as jobs to run during different parts of the build stage. Aleš Matěj	f3981e5968	Update readthedocs config file ... We require newer version of swig that is only present in ubuntu-22 (it should become the default soon anyway) because of -doxygen flag which is needed to generate python docs.
