George Rimar 8902bb8e62 [ELF] - Enable threading in many-sections.s testcase. NFC. 
This is PR32942, previously threading was disabled
because slowed down this testcase a lot.
It was fixed in r311312.

Jon Chesterfield e0ca2ff070 [LLD] Mark a number of x86 only tests to require x86 
Noticed while testing for an out of tree target. There are probably more tests that should be so marked.
I'm not sure who owns these tests so I've added a few names I recognise from the recent history.

With advice from probinson, ruiu, rafael and dramatically improved by davidb. Thank you all!

Rafael Espindola d51400b60a Disable threads in a few tests. 
They are too slow otherwise. We track the issue in pr32942.

Rafael Espindola d7dc225888 Use a DenseMap in LinkerScript::getCmd. 
This improves many-sections.s with a linker script from 22s to 0.9s.
