David Majnemer 5eaf08ff1f [VectorUtils] Replace 'llvm::' qualification with 'using llvm' 
No funcitonal change is intended, this just makes the file look more
like the rest of LLVM.

Hal Finkel 9cf58c4095 Move getStrideFromPointer and friends from LoopVectorize to VectorUtils 
The following functions are moved from the LoopVectorizer to VectorUtils:

  - getGEPInductionOperand
  - stripGetElementPtr
  - getUniqueCastUse
  - getStrideFromPointer

These used to be static functions in LoopVectorize, but will also be used by
the upcoming loop versioning LICM transformation.
