Sanjay Patel	1cfba9b5ed	[InstCombine] add/adjust tests for fcmp+select substitution; NFC There was no coverage for at least 2 out of the 4 patterns because of fcmp canonicalization. Don't do (X != Y) ? X : Y -> X for floating-point values; it doesn't

handle NaN properly.

Do (X une Y) ? X : Y  -> X if one of X and Y is not zero.
