Oscar Fuentes ba4eb2a9db Adds extern "C" ints to the .cpp files that use RegisterTarget, as 
well as 2 files that use "Registrator"s. These are to be used by the
MSVC builds, as the Win32 linker does not include libs that are
otherwise unreferenced, even if global constructors in the lib have
side-effects.

Cedric Venet 954553c4ce Make it compile on VC2005: 
- update VC projects.
- Add an overload to llvm::Stream for <<, since std::hex and std::dec have type std::ios_base& (*)(std::ios_base&) in VC++. (templating the function don't work, due to ambiguities)
- add ../ on several include in X86/AsmPrinter/

Anton Korobeynikov c5faeb82b5 Move X86 assembler printers into separate directory. This allows JIT-only users not to link it in (use 'x86codegen' llvm-config arg for this)
