Anatoly Trosinenko 93eed63d2f [builtins] Make __div[sdt]f3 handle denormal results

implementation unified by D85031.

Anatoly Trosinenko b9f49d13fd [compiler-rt][builtins] Add more test cases for __div[sdt]f3 LibCalls
* Make the three tests look more uniformly
* Explicitly specify types of integer and floating point literals
* Add more test cases (mostly inspired by divtf3_test.c)
  - tests are added for obviously special cases such as +/-Inf, +/-0.0 and some
    more implementation-specific cases such as divisor being almost 1.0
* Make NaN in the second test case of `divtf3` to be `sNaN` instead of
  testing for `qNaN` again

We don't add file headers to tests. The comments are useless as well -
their purpose can be easily inferred from the filenames.

Dan Liew 5be7eb3ab4 [Builtins] Provide a mechanism to selectively disable tests based on whether an implementation is provided by a builtin library.
Summary:
If a platform removes some builtin implementations (e.g. via the
Darwin-excludes mechanism) then this can lead to test failures because
the test expects an implementation to be available.

To solve this lit features are added for each configuration based
on which sources are included in the builtin library. The features
are of the form `librt_has_<name>` where `<name>` is the name of the
source file with the file extension removed. This handles C and
assembly sources.

With the lit features in place it is possible to make certain tests
require them.

Example:

```
REQUIRES: librt_has_comparedf2
```

All top-level tests in `test/builtins/Unit` (i.e. not under
`arm`, `ppc`, and `riscv`) have been annotated with the appropriate
`REQUIRES: librt_has_*` statement.

Eli Friedman d674d96bc5 [builtins] Divide shouldn't underflow if rounded result would be normal.
We were treating certain edge cases that are actually normal as denormal
results, and flushing them to zero; we shouldn't do that. Not sure this
is the cleanest way to implement this edge case, but I wanted to avoid
adding any code on the common path.
