Evan Cheng 76792992d6 Add MCObjectFileInfo and sink the MCSections initialization code from 
TargetLoweringObjectFileImpl down to MCObjectFileInfo.

TargetAsmInfo is done to one last method. It's *almost* gone!

Rafael Espindola fc9bae6f8b Replace the -unwind-tables option with a per function flag. This is more 
LTO friendly as we can now correctly merge files compiled with or without
-fasynchronous-unwind-tables.
