Adrian Prantl 05782218ab Canonicalize the representation of empty an expression in DIGlobalVariableExpression 
This change simplifies code that has to deal with
DIGlobalVariableExpression and mirrors how we treat DIExpressions in
debug info intrinsics. Before this change there were two ways of
representing empty expressions on globals, a nullptr and an empty
!DIExpression().

If someone needs to upgrade out-of-tree testcases:
  perl -pi -e 's/(!DIGlobalVariableExpression\(var: ![0-9]*)\)/\1, expr: !DIExpression())/g' <MYTEST.ll>
will catch 95%.

Peter Collingbourne 89061b2224 IR: Replace the "Linker Options" module flag with "llvm.linker.options" named metadata. 
The new metadata is easier to manipulate than module flags.

Reid Kleckner 6b78e16368 [codeview] Don't assert when the user violates the ODR 
If we have an array of a user-defined aggregates for which there was an
ODR violation, then the array size will not necessarily match the number
of elements times the size of the element.

Fixes PR32383
