Adrian Prantl	9fc8faf9e6	Remove \brief commands from doxygen comments. This is similar to the LLVM change https://reviews.llvm.org/D46290. We've been running doxygen with the autobrief option for a couple of years now. This makes the \brief markers into our comments redundant. Since they are a visual distraction and we don't want to encourage more \brief markers in new code either, this patch removes them all. Ted Kremenek	8671acba95	[analyzer] Add experimental option "leak-diagnostics-reference-allocation". This is an opt-in tweak for leak diagnostics to reference the allocation site if the diagnostic consumer only wants a pithy amount of information, and not the entire path. This is a strawman enhancement that I expect to see some experimentation with over the next week, and can go away if we don't want it.
