The reversion apparently deleted the test/Transforms directory.

Will be re-reverting again.

Florian Hahn 1086ce2397 [LV] Move InterleaveGroup and InterleavedAccessInfo to VectorUtils.h (NFC) 
Move the 2 classes out of LoopVectorize.cpp to make it easier to re-use
them for VPlan outside LoopVectorize.cpp

Jonas Paulsson fccc7d66c3 [SystemZ] TargetTransformInfo cost functions implemented. 
getArithmeticInstrCost(), getShuffleCost(), getCastInstrCost(),
getCmpSelInstrCost(), getVectorInstrCost(), getMemoryOpCost(),
getInterleavedMemoryOpCost() implemented.

Interleaved access vectorization enabled.

BasicTTIImpl::getCastInstrCost() improved to check for legal extending loads,
in which case the cost of the z/sext instruction becomes 0.
