Craig Topper	502fc1bdd5	[X86] Split skylake-avx512 run lines in SLP vectorizer tests to cover -mprefer=vector-width=256 and -mprefer-vector-width=512. Should we let scalar ops be scalars and avoid vector constant loads/splats? 2. Should we have a pass to combine constants such as the inverted pair that we have here?
