Kirill Bobyrev	34789edbbf	[clang-tidy] enhance readability-else-after-return ... `readability-else-after-return` only warns about `return` calls, but LLVM Coding Standars stat that `throw`, `continue`, `goto`, etc after `return` calls are bad, too.
