Rafael Espindola 2deeb6093d Fix PR28575. 
Not all relocations from a .eh_frame that point to an executable
section should be ignored. In particular, the relocation finding the
personality function should not.

This is a reduction from trying to bootstrap a static lld on linux.

LLVM Linker (lld)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the LLVM Linker, a modular cross platform linker which is built as part of the LLVM compiler infrastructure project.

lld is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
