Simon Pilgrim dbf302c9f1 [X86][AVX] Enable INSERT_SUBVECTOR(SRC0, SHUFFLE(SRC1)) shuffle combining ... Push the insert_subvector up through the shuffle operands to help find more cross-lane shuffles.
