Balazs Benics 88ee91cd87 [ASTimporter] Remove decl from lookup only if it has decl context
In the case of TypedefDecls we set the DeclContext after we imported it.
It turns out, it could lead to null pointer dereferences during the
cleanup part of a failed import.

This patch demonstrates this issue and fixes it by checking if the
DeclContext is available or not.

Raphael Isemann e421a74108 [ASTImporter] Fix import of ObjCPropertyDecl that share the same name
Objective-C apparently allows name conflicts between instance and class
properties, so this is valid code:

```
@protocol DupProp
@property (class, readonly) int prop;
@property (readonly) int prop;
@end
```

The ASTImporter however isn't aware of this and will consider the two properties
as if they are the same property because it just compares their name and types.
This causes that when importing both properties we only end up with one property
(whatever is imported first from what I can see).

Beside generating a different AST this also leads to a bunch of asserts and
crashes as we still correctly import the two different getters for both
properties (the import code for methods does the correct check where it
differentiated between instance and class methods). As one of the setters will
not have its associated ObjCPropertyDecl imported, any call to
`ObjCMethodDecl::findPropertyDecl` will just lead to an assert or crash.

Balázs Kéri ce9bade1f2 [clang][ASTImporter] Add import API for 'const Type *' (NFC).
There was only an `Import` function for `QualType` but not for `Type`.
For correct import of some AST nodes where not `QualType` is used
an import of `Type *` is needed. (It is the case with
`FieldDecl::getCapturedVLAType`.)

Balázs Kéri 96e675bdd5 [clang][ASTImporter] Add import support for SourceLocExpr.
It is possible that imported `SourceLocExpr` can cause not expected behavior (if `__builtin_LINE()` is used together with `__LINE__` for example) but still it may be worth to import these because some projects use it.

Balazs Benics 38b185832e [analyzer][CTU] API for CTU macro expansions
Removes `CrossTranslationUnitContext::getImportedFromSourceLocation`
Removes the corresponding unit-test segment.

Introduces the `CrossTranslationUnitContext::getMacroExpansionContextForSourceLocation`
which will return the macro expansion context for an imported TU. Also adds a
few implementation FIXME notes where applicable, since this feature is
not implemented yet. This fact is also noted as Doxygen comments.

Uplifts a few CTU LIT test to match the current **incomplete** behavior.

It is a regression to some extent since now we don't expand any
macros in imported TUs. At least we don't crash anymore.

Note that the introduced function is already covered by LIT tests.
Eg.: Analysis/plist-macros-with-expansion-ctu.c

Hsiangkai Wang 766ee1096f [Clang][RISCV] Define RISC-V V builtin types
Add the types for the RISC-V V extension builtins.

These types will be used by the RISC-V V intrinsics which require
types of the form <vscale x 1 x i64>(LMUL=1 element size=64) or
<vscale x 4 x i32>(LMUL=2 element size=32), etc. The vector_size
attribute does not work for us as it doesn't create a scalable
vector type. We want these types to be opaque and have no operators
defined for them. We want them to be sizeless. This makes them
similar to the ARM SVE builtin types. But we will have quite a bit
more types. This patch adds around 60. Later patches will add
another 230 or so types representing tuples of these types similar
to the x2/x3/x4 types in ARM SVE. But with extra complexity that
these types are combined with the LMUL concept that is unique to
RISCV.

- The failures are all cc1-based tests due to the missing `-aux-triple` options,
which is always prepared by the driver in CUDA/HIP compilation.
- Add extra check on the missing aux-targetinfo to prevent crashing.

[hip][cuda] Enable extended lambda support on Windows.

- On Windows, extended lambda has extra issues due to the numbering
schemes are different between the host compilation (Microsoft C++ ABI)
and the device compilation (Itanium C++ ABI. Additional device side
lambda number is required per lambda for the host compilation to
correctly mangle the device-side lambda name.
- A hybrid numbering context `MSHIPNumberingContext` is introduced to
number a lambda for both host- and device-compilations.

decltype(E) is only a dependent', this change (5a391d3) caused verifier
errors when building Chromium. See https://crbug.com/1168494#c1 for a
reproducer.

Additionally it reverts changes that were dependent on this one, see

Balázs Kéri 0877b963ef [clang][ASTImporter] Fix a possible assertion failure `NeedsInjectedClassNameType(Decl)'.
The assertion can happen if ASTImporter imports a CXXRecordDecl in a template
and then imports another redeclaration of this declaration, while the first import is in progress.
The process of first import did not set the "described template" yet
and the second import finds the first declaration at setting the injected types.
Setting the injected type requires in the assertion that the described template is set.
The exact assertion was:

Tom Roeder 1844ab770c [ASTImporter] Add support for importing GenericSelectionExpr AST nodes.
This allows ASTs to be merged when they contain GenericSelectionExpr
nodes (this is _Generic from C11). This is needed, for example, for
CTU analysis of C code that makes use of _Generic, like the Linux
kernel.

The node is already supported in the AST, but it didn't have a matcher
in ASTMatchers. So, this change adds the matcher and adds support to
ASTImporter. Additionally, this change adds support for structural
equivalence of _Generic in the AST.

Baptiste Saleil 57d83c3a90 [PowerPC] Enable paired vector type and intrinsics when MMA is disabled
This patch enables the Clang type __vector_pair and its associated LLVM
intrinsics even when MMA is disabled. With this patch, the type is now controlled
by the PPC paired-vector-memops option. The builtins and intrinsics will be
renamed to drop the mma prefix in another patch.

Gabor Marton 68f53960e1 [ASTImporter] Fix import of a typedef that has an attribute
The import of a typedefs with an attribute uses clang::Decl::setAttrs().
But that needs the ASTContext which we can get only from the
TranslationUnitDecl. But we can get the TUDecl only thourgh the
DeclContext, which is not set by the time of the setAttrs call.

Fix: import the attributes only after the DC is surely imported.
Btw, having the attribute import initiated from GetImportedOrCreateDecl was
fundamentally flawed. Now that is implicitly fixed.

CXXDeductionGuideDecl with a local typedef has its own copy of the
TypedefDecl with the CXXDeductionGuideDecl as the DeclContext of that
TypedefDecl.

Without this fix, when we import the CXXDeductionGuideDecl (via
VisitFunctionDecl) then before creating the Decl we must import the
FunctionType. However, the first parameter's type is the afore mentioned
local typedef. So, we then start importing the TypedefDecl whose
DeclContext is the CXXDeductionGuideDecl itself. The infinite loop is
formed.

The fix is to first create the TypedefDecl and only then start to import
the DeclContext.
Basically, we could do this during the import of all other Decls (not
just for typedefs). But it seems, there is only one another AST
construct that has a similar cycle: a struct defined as a function
parameter:

In that case, however, we had decided to return simply with an error
back then because that seemed to be a very rare construct.

Duncan P. N. Exon Smith 5b267fb796 ADT: Stop peeking inside AlignedCharArrayUnion, NFC
Update all the users of `AlignedCharArrayUnion` to stop peeking inside
(to look at `buffer`) so that a follow-up patch can replace it with an
alias to `std::aligned_union_t`.

This was reviewed as part of https://reviews.llvm.org/D92512, but I'm
splitting this bit out to commit first to reduce churn in case the
change to `AlignedCharArrayUnion` needs to be reverted for some
unexpected reason.

The test case isn't using the AST matchers for all checks as there doesn't seem to be support for
matching TemplateTypeParmDecl default arguments. Otherwise this is simply importing the
default arguments.

Also updates several LLDB tests that now as intended omit the default template
arguments of several std templates.

Raphael Isemann 0c926e6d24 [ASTImporter] Make the Import() return value consistent with the map of imported decls when merging ClassTemplateSpecializationDecls
When importing a `ClassTemplateSpecializationDecl` definition into a TU with a matching
`ClassTemplateSpecializationDecl` definition and a more recent forward decl, the ASTImporter
currently will call `MapImported()` for the definitions, but will return the forward declaration
from the `ASTImporter::Import()` call.

This is triggering some assertions in LLDB when we try to fully import some DeclContexts
before we delete the 'From' AST. The returned 'To' Decl before this patch is just the most recent
forward decl but that's not the Decl with the definition to which the ASTImporter will import
the child declarations.

This patch just changes that the ASTImporter returns the definition that the imported Decl was
merged with instead of the found forward declaration.

Baptiste Saleil 40dd4d5233 [Clang][PowerPC] Add __vector_pair and __vector_quad types
Define the __vector_pair and __vector_quad types that are used to manipulate
the new accumulator registers introduced by MMA on PowerPC. Because these two
types are specific to PowerPC, they are defined in a separate new file so it
will be easier to add other PowerPC specific types if we need to in the future.

It turns out that `FileInfo` *always* has a ContentCache. Clarify that
in the code:
- Update the private version of `SourceManager::createFileID` to take a
  `ContentCache&` instead of `ContentCache*`, and rename it to
  `createFileIDImpl` for clarity.
- Change `FileInfo::getContentCache` to return a reference.

Instead of framing the interface around whether the variable is an ICE
(which is only interesting in C++98), primarily track whether the
initializer is a constant initializer (which is interesting in all C++
language modes).

No functionality change intended.

Duncan P. N. Exon Smith d758f79e5d clang/Basic: Replace ContentCache::getBuffer with Optional semantics
Remove `ContentCache::getBuffer`, which always returned a
dereferenceable `MemoryBuffer*` and had a `bool*Invalid` out parameter,
and replace it with:

- `ContentCache::getBufferOrNone`, which returns
  `Optional<MemoryBufferRef>`. This is the new API that consumers should
  use. Later it could be renamed to `getBuffer`, but intentionally using
  a different name to root out any unexpected callers.
- `ContentCache::getBufferPointer`, which returns `MemoryBuffer*` with
  "optional" semantics. This is `private` to avoid growing callers and
  `SourceManager` has temporarily been made a `friend` to access it.
  Later paches will update the transitive callers to not need a raw
  pointer, and eventually this will be deleted.

No functionality change intended here.

shafik 6807f244fa [ASTImporter] Modifying ImportDeclContext(...) to ensure that we also handle the case when the FieldDecl is an ArrayType whose ElementType is a RecordDecl
When we fixed ImportDeclContext(...) in D71378 to make sure we complete each
FieldDecl of a RecordDecl when we are importing the definition we missed the
case where a FeildDecl was an ArrayType whose ElementType is a record.

This fix was motivated by a codegen crash during LLDB expression parsing. Since
we were not importing the definition we were crashing during layout which
required all the records be defined.

shafik 0db2934b0f [ASTImporter] Modify ImportDefiniton for ObjCInterfaceDecl so that we always the ImportDeclContext one we start the definition
Once we start the definition of an ObjCInterfaceDecl we won't attempt to ImportDeclContext
later on. Unlike RecordDecl case which uses DefinitionCompleter to force completeDefinition
we don't seem to have a similar mechanism for ObjCInterfaceDecl.

This fix was needed due to a bug we see in LLDB expression parsing where an initial expression
cause an ObjCInterfaceDecl to be defined and subsequent expressions during import do not call
ImportDeclContext and we can end up in a situation where ivars are imported out of order and not all ivars are imported.

trivial.

We previously took a shortcut by assuming that if a subobject had a
trivial copy assignment operator (with a few side-conditions), we would
always invoke it, and could avoid going through overload resolution.
That turns out to not be correct in the presenve of ref-qualifiers (and
also won't be the case for copy-assignments with requires-clauses
either). Use the same logic for lazy declaration of copy-assignments
that we use for all other special member functions.

Previously committed as c57f8a3a20. This
now also includes an extension of LLDB's workaround for handling special
members without the help of Sema to cover copy assignments.

In ImportContext(…) we may call into CompleteDecl(…) which if FromRecrord is not
defined will start the definition of a ToRecord but from what I can tell at least
one of the paths though here don't ensure we complete the definition.
For a RecordDecl this can be problematic since this means we won’t import base
classes and we won’t have any of the methods or types we inherit from these bases.

We track the enclosing template depth when determining whether a
statement expression is within a dependent context; there doesn't appear
to be any other reliable way to determine this.

We previously assumed they were neither value- nor
instantiation-dependent under any circumstances, which would lead to
crashes and other misbehavior.

Raphael Isemann a37734f643 [ASTImporter] Prevent the ASTImporter from creating multiple main FileIDs.
Summary:
When importing the main FileID the ASTImporter currently gives it no include location. This means
that any SourceLocations produced for this FileID look to Clang as if they are coming from the
main FileID (as the main FileID has no include location).

Clang seems to expect that there is only one main FileID in one translation unit (which makes sense
during normal compilation), so this behavior leads to several problems when producing diagnostics,
one being that when calling `SourceManager::isBeforeInTranslationUnit` on two SourceLocations
that come from two different ASTContext instances, Clang fails to sort the SourceLocations as
the include chains of the FileIDs don't end up in a single FileID. This causes that Clang crashes
with "Unsortable locations found" in this function.

This patch gives any imported main FileIDs the main FileID of the To ASTContext as its include
location. This allows Clang to sort all imported SourceLocations as now all include chains point
to the main FileID of the To ASTContext. The exact include location is currently set to the start
of the To main file (just because that should always be a valid SourceLocation).

Justin Lebar ac66c61bf9 Use C++14-style return type deduction in clang.
Summary:
Simplifies the C++11-style "-> decltype(...)" return-type deduction.

Note that you have to be careful about whether the function return type
is `auto` or `decltype(auto)`.  The difference is that bare `auto`
strips const and reference, just like lambda return type deduction.  In
some cases that's what we want (or more likely, we know that the return
type is a value type), but whenever we're wrapping a templated function
which might return a reference, we need to be sure that the return type
is decltype(auto).

No functional change.

Reid Kleckner 1091730f5f Avoid many std::tie/tuple instantiations in ASTImporter
To factor the error checking, use importChecked instead of importSeq.
This avoids repeating the names of all of the imported child nodes once,
and allows errors to be checked with a single conditional as it is with
importSeq.

After:
  peak memory: 601.63MB
  real: 0m19.172s
  obj size: 8,352kb

Before:
  peak memory: 954.11MB
  real: 0m26.188s
  obj size: 10,000kb

The speed is not as impressive as I hoped, but the memory use reduction
is impressive, and seems worth it.

Reid Kleckner af3e884956 Speed up compilation of ASTImporter
Avoid recursively instantiating importSeq. Use initializer list
expansion to stamp out a single instantiation of std::tuple of the
deduced sequence of types, and thread the error around that tuple type.
Avoids needlessly instantiating std::tuple N-1 times.

new time to compile: 0m25.985s
old time to compile: 0m35.563s

new obj size: 10,000kb
old obj size: 12,332kb

I found the slow TU by looking at ClangBuildAnalyzer results, and looked
at -ftime-trace for the file in chrome://tracing to find this.

Tested with: clang-cl, MSVC, and GCC.

Saar Raz b481f02814 [Concepts] Placeholder constraints and abbreviated templates
This patch implements P1141R2 "Yet another approach for constrained declarations".

General strategy for this patch was:

- Expand AutoType to include optional type-constraint, reflecting the wording and easing the integration of constraints.
- Replace autos in parameter type specifiers with invented parameters in GetTypeSpecTypeForDeclarator, using the same logic
  previously used for generic lambdas, now unified with abbreviated templates, by:
  - Tracking the template parameter lists in the Declarator object
  - Tracking the template parameter depth before parsing function declarators (at which point we can match template
    parameters against scope specifiers to know if we have an explicit template parameter list to append invented parameters
    to or not).
- When encountering an AutoType in a parameter context we check a stack of InventedTemplateParameterInfo structures that
  contain the info required to create and accumulate invented template parameters (fields that were already present in
  LambdaScopeInfo, which now inherits from this class and is looked up when an auto is encountered in a lambda context).

Resubmit after fixing MSAN failures caused by incomplete initialization of AutoTypeLocs in TypeSpecLocFiller.

Jaroslav Sevcik 4481eefbe8 [ASTImporter] Properly delete decls from SavedImportPaths
Summary:
We see a significant regression (~40% slower on large codebases) in expression evaluation after https://reviews.llvm.org/rL364771. A sampling profile shows the extra time is spent in SavedImportPathsTy::operator[] when called from ASTImporter::Import. I believe this is because ASTImporter::Import adds an element to the SavedImportPaths map for each decl unconditionally (see 7b81c3f879/clang/lib/AST/ASTImporter.cpp (L8256)).

To fix this, we call SavedImportPathsTy::erase on the declaration rather than clearing its value vector. That way we do not accidentally introduce new empty elements.  (With this patch the performance is restored, and we do not see SavedImportPathsTy::operator[] in the profile anymore.)

shafik 6a7df3a3f9 [ASTImporter][LLDB] Modifying ImportDeclContext(...) to ensure that we complete each FieldDecl of a RecordDecl when we are importing the definiton
This fix was motivated by a crashes in expression parsing during code generation in which we had a RecordDecl that had incomplete FieldDecl. During code generation when computing the layout for the RecordDecl we crash because we have several incomplete FieldDecl.

This fixes the issue by assuring that during ImportDefinition(...) for a RecordDecl we also import the definitions for each FieldDecl.

we could chain (redecl) the structurally equivalent decls.

visible in some contexts, so the AST was malformed.

Raphael Isemann 164e0fc5c7 [ASTImporter] Implicitly declare parameters for imported ObjCMethodDecls
Summary:
When Sema encounters a ObjCMethodDecl definition it declares the implicit parameters for the ObjCMethodDecl.
When importing such a method with the ASTImporter we need to do the same for the imported method
otherwise we will crash when generating code (where CodeGen expects that this was called by Sema).

Note I had to implement Objective-C[++] support in Language.cpp as this is the first test for Objective-C and this
would otherwise just hit this 'not implemented' assert when running the unit test.

Adrian Prantl 2073dd2da7 Redeclare Objective-C property accessors inside the ObjCImplDecl in which they are synthesized.
This patch is motivated by (and factored out from)
https://reviews.llvm.org/D66121 which is a debug info bugfix. Starting
with DWARF 5 all Objective-C methods are nested inside their
containing type, and that patch implements this for synthesized
Objective-C properties.

1. SemaObjCProperty populates a list of synthesized accessors that may
   need to inserted into an ObjCImplDecl.

2. SemaDeclObjC::ActOnEnd inserts forward-declarations for all
   accessors for which no override was provided into their
   ObjCImplDecl. This patch does *not* synthesize AST function
   *bodies*. Moving that code from the static analyzer into Sema may
   be a good idea though.

3. Places that expect all methods to have bodies have been updated.

I did not update the static analyzer's inliner for synthesized
properties to point back to the property declaration (see
test/Analysis/Inputs/expected-plists/nullability-notes.m.plist), which
I believed to be more bug than a feature.

That decl kind is currently not implemented. BuiltinTemplateDecl is for decls that are hardcoded in the

Michael Liao 243ebfba17 [hip][cuda] Fix the extended lambda name mangling issue.
Summary:
- HIP/CUDA host side needs to use device kernel symbol name to match the
  device side binaries. Without a consistent naming between host- and
  device-side compilations, it's risky that wrong device binaries are
  executed. Consistent naming is usually not an issue until unnamed
  types are used, especially the lambda. In this patch, the consistent
  name mangling is addressed for the extended lambdas, i.e. the lambdas
  annotated with `__device__`.
- In [Itanium C++ ABI][1], the mangling of the lambda is generally
  unspecified unless, in certain cases, ODR rule is required to ensure
  consisent naming cross TUs. The extended lambda is such a case as its
  name may be part of a device kernel function, e.g., the extended
  lambda is used as a template argument and etc. Thus, we need to force
  ODR for extended lambdas as they are referenced in both device- and
  host-side TUs. Furthermore, if a extended lambda is nested in other
  (extended or not) lambdas, those lambdas are required to follow ODR
  naming as well. This patch revises the current lambda mangle numbering
  to force ODR from an extended lambda to all its parent lambdas.
- On the other side, the aforementioned ODR naming should not change
  those lambdas' original linkages, i.e., we cannot replace the original
  `internal` with `linkonce_odr`; otherwise, we may violate ODR in
  general. This patch introduces a new field `HasKnownInternalLinkage`
  in lambda data to decouple the current linkage calculation based on
  mangling number assigned.

Richard Smith 91aeacc06b Move most CXXRecordDecl::DefinitionData bit-fields out into a separate
file.

Reduces duplication and thereby reduces the risk that someone will
forget to update one of these places, as I did when adding
DefaultedDestructorIsConstexpr (though I've been unable to produce
a testcase for which that matters so far).

We now track the array bound expression as part of a constant array type

Richard Smith 457226e02a For P0784R7: add support for constexpr destructors, and call them as
appropriate during constant evaluation.

Note that the evaluator is sometimes invoked on incomplete expressions.
In such cases, if an object is constructed but we never reach the point
where it would be destroyed (and it has non-trivial destruction), we
treat the expression as having an unmodeled side-effect.

Gabor Marton e3e83d708a [ASTImporter] Do not look up lambda classes
Summary:
Consider this code:
```
      void f() {
        auto L0 = [](){};
        auto L1 = [](){};
      }

```
First we import `L0` then `L1`. Currently we end up having only one
CXXRecordDecl for the two different lambdas. And that is a problem if
the body of their op() is different. This happens because when we import
`L1` then lookup finds the existing `L0` and since they are structurally
equivalent we just map the imported L0 to be the counterpart of L1.

We have the same problem in this case:
```
      template <typename F0, typename F1>
      void f(F0 L0 = [](){}, F1 L1 = [](){}) {}

```

In StructuralEquivalenceContext we could distinquish lambdas only by
their source location in these cases. But we the lambdas are actually
structrually equivalent they differn only by the source location.

Thus, the  solution is to disable lookup completely if the decl in
the "from" context is a lambda.
However, that could have other problems: what if the lambda is defined
in a header file and included in several TUs? I think we'd have as many
duplicates as many includes we have. I think we could live with that,
because the lambda classes are TU local anyway, we cannot just access
them from another TU.

Gabor Marton f035b75d8f [ASTImporter] Fix name conflict handling with different strategies
There are numorous flaws about the name conflict handling, this patch
attempts fixes them. Changes in details:

* HandleNameConflict return with a false DeclarationName

Hitherto we effectively never returned with a NameConflict error, even
if the preceding StructuralMatch indicated a conflict.
Because we just simply returned with the parameter `Name` in
HandleNameConflict and that name is almost always `true` when converted to
`bool`.

* Add tests which indicate wrong NameConflict handling

* Add to ConflictingDecls only if decl kind is different

Note, we might not indicate an ODR error when there is an existing record decl
and a enum is imported with same name.  But there are other cases. E.g. think
about the case when we import a FunctionTemplateDecl with name f and we found a
simple FunctionDecl with name f. They overload.  Or in case of a
ClassTemplateDecl and CXXRecordDecl, the CXXRecordDecl could be the 'templated'
class, so it would be false to report error.  So I think we should report a
name conflict error only when we are 100% sure of that.  That is why I think it
should be a general pattern to report the error only if the kind is the same.

* Fix failing ctu test with EnumConstandDecl

In ctu-main.c we have the enum class 'A' which brings in the enum
constant 'x' with value 0 into the global namespace.
In ctu-other.c we had the enum class 'B' which brought in the same name
('x') as an enum constant but with a different enum value (42). This is clearly
an ODR violation in the global namespace. The solution was to rename the
second enum constant.

 * Introduce ODR handling strategies

Summary:
The default expression of a parameter variable should be imported before
the parameter variable object is created. Otherwise the function is created
with an incomplete parameter variable (default argument is nullptr) and in
this intermediary state the expression is imported. This import can have

Balazs Keri 2e16060a8b [ASTImporter] Fix for import of friend class template with definition.
Summary:
If there is a friend class template "prototype" (forward declaration)
and later a definition for it in the existing code, this existing
definition may be not found by ASTImporter because it is not linked
to the prototype (under the friend AST node). The problem is fixed by

found one.

Richard Sandiford eb485fbc71 Add SVE opaque built-in types
This patch adds the SVE built-in types defined by the Procedure Call
Standard for the Arm Architecture:

   https://developer.arm.com/docs/100986/0000

It handles the types in all relevant places that deal with built-in types.
At the moment, some of these places bail out with an error, including:

   (1) trying to generate LLVM IR for the types
   (2) trying to generate debug info for the types
   (3) trying to mangle the types using the Microsoft C++ ABI
   (4) trying to @encode the types in Objective C

(1) and (2) are fixed by follow-on patches but (unlike this patch)
they deal mostly with target-specific LLVM details, so seemed like
a logically separate change.  There is currently no spec for (3) and
(4), so reporting an error seems like the correct behaviour for now.

The intention is that the types will become sizeless types:

The main purpose of the sizeless type extension is to diagnose
impossible or dangerous uses of the types, such as any that would
require sizeof to have a meaningful defined value.

Until then, the patch sets the alignments of the types to the values
specified in the link above.  It also sets the sizes of the types to
zero, which is chosen to be consistently wrong and shouldn't affect
correctly-written code (i.e. code that would compile even with the
sizeless type extension).

The patch adds the common subset of functionality needed to test the
sizeless type extension on the one hand and to provide SVE intrinsic
functions on the other.  After this patch, the two pieces of work are
essentially independent.

Summary:
For functions there is a check to not duplicate the declaration if it is in a
record (class). For function templates there was no similar check, if a
template (in the same class) was imported multiple times the
FunctionTemplateDecl was created multiple times with the same templated
FunctionDecl. This can result in problems with the declaration chain.

Gabor Marton 48b16e1005 [ASTImporter] Reorder fields after structure import is finished
We reorder declarations in RecordDecls because they may have another order
in the "to" context than they have in the "from" context. This may happen
e.g when we import a class like this:
   struct declToImport {
       int a = c + b;
       int b = 1;
       int c = 2;
   };
During the import of `a` we import first the dependencies in sequence,
thus the order would be `c`, `b`, `a`. We will get the normal order by
first removing the already imported members and then adding them in the
order as they apper in the "from" context.

Keeping field order is vital because it determines structure layout.

Gabor Marton aefcf5100a [ASTImporter] Fix LLDB lookup in transparent ctx and with ext src
Summary:
With LLDB we use localUncachedLookup(), however, that fails to find
Decls when a transparent context is involved and the given DC has
external lexical storage.  The solution is to use noload_lookup, which
works well with transparent contexts.  But, we cannot use only the
noload_lookup since the slow case of localUncachedLookup is still needed
in some other cases.

These other cases are handled in ASTImporterLookupTable, but we cannot
use that with LLDB since that traverses through the AST which initiates
the load of external decls again via DC::decls().

We must avoid loading external decls during the import becuase
ExternalASTSource is implemented with ASTImporter, so external loads
during import results in uncontrolled and faulty import.
